Waiting for my flight to Puerto Maldanado for my Amazon adventure, I grabbed a couple empanadas to snack on at the Cuzco airport.
Chicken empanada. Nothing fancy here, just a point of a finger to the snacks in the display case and a quick minute in the microwave. More satisfying that I expected, so I ordered another one.
This time I chose a carne (beef) one.
Just as good as the chicken one.
