Who said French food can't be affordable?  This cute little take out window in the Gourmet Ghetto of Berkeley features a rotating lunch and dinner menu.
 

Probably the most famous staple on the menu are these potato puffs.  A slightly crunchy crust with a creamy mashed potato center.  Careful!  These are made to order and you can seriously burn your tongue if you get too eager!
